OUR PRODUCTS |
All of our livestock and poultry are raised on pasture. If the grass is growing, then they are on it, and we move them to new pasture often.
We do not apply any artificial fertilizers or pesticides to our pastures. We do apply composted manure from winter barns and occasionally lime to adjust the soil PH. We do not administer any hormones. Sunshine, fresh air, and non-gmo local feed means happy, healthy animals which equals better tasting meat.

Pasture Raised Whole ChickensWe raise Cornish cross meat chickens on pasture. They are housed in open bottomed pens, which we move to new ground twice each day. The birds get their fill of grass and bugs and fertilize the pasture with their manure. We supplement their diet with locally grown non gmo feed from a local Amish feed mill. We butcher the chickens on the farm. Average weight is 5-8 lbs.
